IDictaFlow app for iPhone and iPad

Part of the Transriter platform from Diskriter Inc, IDictaflow is a voice dictation application that captures the physician’s voice which is later converted into text through transcription services offered by Diskriter. When conversion to text is completed, it can optionally be made available for viewing on the iPhone. You can monitor or change the status of a dictation when required. For instance, if any dictation needs to be processed immediately or in less time, then its STAT indicator can be set.

The application has the following features:

Security

The application is secure and uses 256 bit encryption for all its communications from the iPhone to the Transriter servers. To use this application one must login with a valid user id and password. If a user wants to change the password, he/she can change it by providing the old password. Application also provides the support when the password has been forgotten. In this case when a user requests the password, the password is sent on user’s registered email account.

Scheduling

Application provides to make prior appointments for the patients. It provides list of all schedules on daily basis. An appointment considered as completed when it is attended. An appointment is cancelled when requested or considered as cancelled when its time lapses.

Dictation
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The application provides the ability to start a new dictation and while recording, the ability to stop, play, pause and continue. When recording for a dictation is completed, it is sent to the Transriter servers for transcription.

Viewing and eSigning
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When the transcription for a dictation is completed, it is made available to read on iPhone. The transcribed report for a dictation can be rejected or accepted based on its status. If the report is rejected then it is repeated for transcription and if accepted, then it is eSigned and considered as completed.
